Come Celebrate This Great Occasion at Books of Wonder!

These two picture book titles are icons in the world of children's literature, and so it's only right that we hold an event celebrating their 25th anniversaries! Join us in-store to spend some time with Caldecott honoree DAVID SHANNON and three-time Caldecott winner DAVID WIESNER!

About these great titles:

• No, David! by DAVID SHANNON. When David Shannon was five years old, he wrote and illustrated his first book. On every page were these words: NO, DAVID!... and a picture of David doing things he was not supposed to do. Now David is all grown up... But some things never change!
  
  
• Sector 7 by DAVID WIESNER. While on a school trip to the Empire State Building, a boy makes friends with a mischievous little cloud, who whisks him away to the Cloud Dispatch Center for Sector 7 (the region that includes New York City). The clouds are bored with their everyday shapes, so the boy decides to sketch them some new ones!
