Returns

Returns must be requested within 14 days of the order being delivered. There is a $5 restocking fee for all approved returns. We will provide a return shipping label for approved returns.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition that they arrived in. Please make sure books are carefully packaged to prevent damage during return transit.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not returned in its original condition.

International orders, personalized books, and sale items are final sale, and are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The return fee is waived for exchanges. We will provide a return shipping label for approved exchanges.

Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item is returned in unsatisfactory condition.
