All orders are processed within 4-5 business days. Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding major U.S. holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please note that orders including signed books – especially personalized books – may require additional time to be shipped.

Please allow an additional 3-7 business days for special orders. You will be notified via email if a book is placed on special order. 

Pre-Orders

UNSIGNED PRE-ORDERS are typically shipped the week of release, as stated on the title’s product page. . 

SIGNED PRE-ORDERS ship according to the author’s and illustrator’s signing schedule. 

Pre-order books will list an estimated shipping date on the product page. Signed pre-orders will ship based on the date the author or illustrator is scheduled to sign our copies. Please note that this date may change if the author’s or illustrator’s schedule changes.

We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping rates are calculated based on destination and will be displayed at checkout. 

United States

  • USPS Media Mail: 4-14 business days
  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days
  • UPS Ground: 2-7 business days
  • UPS Second Day Air: 2 business days from the ship date
  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day from the ship date

International

In-Store Pickup:

We offer in-store pickup for no additional charge. Once your order is processed and ready, you will receive an email or text notifying you that your order is available for pickup.

Please note that in-store orders for books that are NOT personalized and not picked up will result in the order being canceled and a restock fee of $5. 

Personalized books that are NOT picked up cannot be canceled. If they are not picked up within 30 days, will be considered abandoned and donated as they cannot be returned to our inventory.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. 

Damaged in Transit

Packages damaged in transit must be reported within 5 days of the item being marked as delivered. Please email photos of the damaged box, the condition of the items inside, and the shipping label to our customer service team at customerservice@booksofwonder.com.

Sales Taxes

All applicable state sales taxes are applied at checkout for orders shipped to U.S. states as per each state’s laws.
