First edition. A wonderful collection of stories selected, translated, and edited by Leonora Lang, Andrew’s wife, and edited by Andrew, the couple being most famous for The Colored Fairy Book series. From the story of Rip Van Winkle to The Seige of Rhodes, to The Princess of Babylon, these delightful tales are very much a continuation of the work the couple had done in their fairy tale collections.
