Spine ends a bit rubbed, spine and upper portion of cloth a bit discolored, else an internally clean, bright copy in original color pictorial dust jacket (some cracking to folds at spine folds, evidence of “Harper Blue Ribbon” sticker having either fallen off or incredibly carefully removed from bottom of spine). Inscribed by the artist, Garth Williams, to fellow illustrator Maurice Sendak!

ASSOCIATION COPY, having been inscribed by legendary illustrator, Garth Williams, to a young Maruice Sendak, six years before the publication of Where the Wild Things Are. It’s hard to imagine a more historic association!
