First edition. An early 20th century book describing the lives of the mammals native to North America by one of the foremost American zoologists and the former curator of the Field Museum in Chicago. The descriptions are wonderfully highlighted by stunning illustrations by Walter A. Weber, famed illustrator for National Geographic.
