Lost and Found Hanukkah illustrated by LISA ANCHIN

Nate's beloved menorah was lost in his family’s recent move, and finding the perfect new one isn’t going well. With Hanukkah one night away, Nate is missing his menorah and everything else about his old home, where everything fit just right. Then, a trip to a local shop with his dads results in something else lost—Kugel, the shop’s cat. Nate sets out to help, and by the time he's ready to light the first candle, he discovers that, like in the story of Hanukkah, everything in his new home can be made right again, too.

Horton Hears a Hanukkah Party! by LESLIE KIMMELMAN

When Horton hears joyful singing one night, the kangaroos and the Wickersham brothers are sure he is not right. But when Horton hears new distant sounds and smells over seven nights, he knows that he isn't dreaming!

On the eighth night, Horton and his friends discover the source of the mystery, as the Whos invite them to a very special celebration.

The Littlest Candle: A Hanukkah Story by KERRY OLITZKY and JESSE OLITZKY

Inside a little drawer lives a family of candles, each dreaming of shining bright on Hanukkah. There’s Glow, Twinkle, Smokey, and the braided Havdalah candle. But standing quietly in the corner is Little Flicker, the tiniest candle of all. He encourages his friends, cheers on their strengths, and always thinks of others first. Still, he wonders: Could someone as small as me ever be chosen for something so important? Perfect for Hanukkah gift-giving, synagogue story time, and family reading, this joyful picture book blends Jewish tradition with universal values of empathy, courage, and community.

Mendel’s Hanukkah Mess Up by CHANA STIEFEL

Mendel is always messing up. So, no one is more surprised than he, when the rabbi asks him to drive the Mitzvah Mobile through the streets of New York and invite everyone to the Hanukkah bash. What if he messes up again? As Mendel begins to spread the joy of the holiday, he learns that mistakes can happen and sometimes the results can be miraculous.
