Sweet New Picture Books to Warm Your Heart!

Imaginative bears, creative artists, sweet celebrations, and a little lesson in self love make up this delightful digital picture book panel! Come along and share a smile!

Tune in for:

  • The Reflection in Me by MARC COLAGIOVANNIThis is a story of self-love that teaches children that their physical layer is just that — one layer — and below it lies a rich tapestry of attributes that make them unique and wonderful! This sweet picture book offers readers a wholly original exploration of self-love and self-acceptance.

  • Imagine You and Me by BENSON SHUM. Randall and Parker are the very best of friends — they do everything together! One day while they’re playing, they see another group of bears nearby, and Parker urges Randall to ask the bears to play with them. But there’s one problem: None of the other bears can see Parker. One day, she disappears, and Randall must dig through his memories to find her!

  • A Rainbow in Brown by PAVONIS GIRON. In art class, Jo wants to paint all the wonderful things she loves. With a palette of red, yellow, and blue, Jo knows she can mix them together to make a new color. Her imagination takes flight as she explores painting with both primary and secondary colors. But through her exploration of the colors of the rainbow, Jo finds that her favorite is a combination of them all: brown.

  • Love Like Chocolate by TRACY BANGHART. As a family welcomes an adopted little girl to their home, her brother takes it upon himself to teach his new sister their traditions. For all occasions, their family always celebrates with chocolate. But the boy soon realizes that his sister might have favorite treats of her own, and that if they work together, they can create new traditions and memories!
