Celebrate the very best mystery novels for younger readers! 

Every year, the Mystery Writers of America select the top mysteries published across a number of fields, including juvenile fiction. This Sunday, we're celebrating the five middle grade novels selected! 

This year, the five finalists are:

Rescue, by JENNIFER NIELSEN,

Concealed, by CHRISTINA DIAZ GONZALEZ,

Cold-Blooded Myrtle, by ELIZABETH BUNCE,

Kidnap on the California Comet, by M.G. LEONARD and SAM SEDGMAN, and

The Dead Man in the Garden, by MARTHE JOCELYN! 

All five finalist authors will be in a panel moderated by JENN McKINLAY, author and judge of this year's Edgar Award for Juvenile Mystery! 

Come celebrate some of this year's most incredible writers of mystery for young readers, as they read from their books and answer audience questions!
