First edition thus based on advertisements in rear. The final book in Nesbit’s beloved Psammead trilogy. Though Cyril, Anthea, Robert, and Jane had promised not to ask the Psammead for another wish as long as they lived, when they come to the rescue of the captured sand fairy, he repays them by leading them to half of a magic amulet that, when completed, will grant their deepest wish. But to find the other half, they must use the half they have to travel through time on some truly incredible adventures!
