Signed by the author, Isidora Newman, who has hand painted in the line-drawing by Pogany on the front endpapers of the book.

Author Isidora Newman, a playwrite, poet, and folklorist, has painted Pogány's double-page line drawing on the front endpapers in full color and gold leaf! The book is inscribed by Newman and dated 1946.
