First edition, bearing all of the correct advts, spine points, and binding points for Farah 1941A. A clean, bright first edition of the 18th book in the Nancy Drew series written by Mildred Wirt Benson (aka journalist Carolyn Keene) of the Stratemeyer Syndicate. This title was re-released in 1971 as The Mystery of the Moss-Covered Mansion with a revised text. This first edition features the original story in which Nancy Drew is enlisted by her father to find a missing heiress and discovers a murder which occurred next to the titular mansion.
