Gen can steal anything — at least, that's the boast he's made in wineshops across the capital. Now, however, that boasting has landed him in the king's prison. Even for a thief of his talents, his chances of escaping are slim — and so when the king's magus invites him to join a dangerous quest to steal a legendary object from a neighboring kingdom, he's in no position to refuse.
