VIRTUAL LAUNCH for A is for Oboe: The Orchestra's Alphabet

MARILYN NELSON — three time National Book Award finalist and one of the foremost writers of poetry for young people today  — and LERA AUERBACH — an award-winning poet, composer, and conductor — have come together to create this extraordinary portrait of the orchestra in all of its richness and fascination! Beautifully illustrated and written, this gorgeous alphabet book is a poetic ode to the power and universality of music — and to the wonderful diversity of all of those who play and enjoy music as well. 

This event will feature LERA AUERBACH and MARILYN NELSON, the authors of A is for Oboe, as well as PAUL HOPPE, the illustrator!
