ROSS BURACH is back with another colorful character, and this one can't stop crying! In Moo Hoo, Milton has a wonderful life. But he cries... A LOT. When he's happy, sad (obviously), as well as when he's scared, and nervous, and frustrated. Milton's friends are baffled by his tears, which only makes him cry more... until Milton meets Wanda!
