Join us for this virtual event where we'll uncover the true stories of Victor Hugo Green, a mailman who created the Green Book travel guide to help Black people travel safely; Mister Rogers, treasured TV icon who used music to capture the magic of everyday life; Robert McCloskey, the creator of picture book classic Make Way for Ducklings; Steven Spielberg, the legendary director and producer who started off as an ordinary Jewish boy; and Ruth Krauss, the author behind beloved children's books such as The Carrot Seed and A Hole is to Dig.
