Zombie pumpkins, an incredibly eager artist, a volcano trying to keep its cool, and a brave walk undertaken by a grandmother and her granddaughter make up this wonderful event you won't want to miss!

Join us in-store to discover:

  • The Great Zombie Pumpkin Parade! illustrated by WENDELL MINORIt’s Halloween and the Zombie Pumpkin Parade is drawing near. Join Zipper-Toothed Zlumpkin, Drizzle-Mouthed Dumpkin, and the rest of their ghostly crew as the spooky-silly zombie pumpkins dance through the darkness, in celebration of the most bewitching night of the year!

  • Oh, Olive! by LIAN CHOPresenting Olive Chen! The most magnificent and brilliant artist in the whole wide world! Her parents are also artists — serious artists — who paint prim, proper, perfect shapes. They know Olive has the talent to follow in their footsteps. But Olive likes to smear, splatter, splash, and even lick. With a brush in each hand, Olive cascades through town, painting what she wants to, what she feels — until she reaches her parents’ pristine art museum...

  • The Walk (A Stroll to the Poll) by WINSOME BINGHAMGranny and her granddaughter are going on a walk. But this is not just any walk. It’s a walk that must not be missed; one that is more important than ever but has been made increasingly difficult for many to participate in. It’s a walk that joins together a community; that lifts voices; that allows us to speak up, stand up, and say what’s on our minds. It’s a walk for hope.

  • Don't Blow Your Top! illustrated by ABHI ALWAR. Spend a day in paradise with Little Volcano and Big Volcano. Everything is beautiful and calm until an out-of-control bird drops a coconut on Little Volcano's crater. Will Little Volcano blow their top? Can Big Volcano help?

*One book may be brought from home to be signed for every book purchased at the event.
