Melanie Gate is a foundling with a peculiar talent for opening the unopenable — any lock releases at the touch of her hand, any lock at all. When she's whisked from her orphanage by the mysterious automaton Traveler, in order to become a witch's apprentice, Melanie is pulled into an epic, overland adventure full of secret identities, stinky cats, fierce orphan girls, impostor boys, and the most powerful and dangerous wizard in all the land.

This virtual launch event for The Lock-Eater will feature author ZACK LORAN CLARK in conversation with NICK ELIOPULOS, with whom ZACK LORAN CLARK cowrote The Adventurers Guild series!
